Breast Cancer Recovery

It's not about getting back to the person you were before cancer. It's about rebuilding strength, confidence and trust in your body, one step at a time.

Feel strong, supported and confident in your body again

A breast cancer diagnosis changes so much more than just your physical health. Treatment can be physically and emotionally demanding, and many women find themselves feeling disconnected from their bodies and unsure where to start when it comes to exercise again.

Research shows that staying active after a breast cancer diagnosis can have important benefits for physical and emotional wellbeing, including supporting strength, fatigue management and quality of life. The right approach is individual, and your training should always work alongside your medical team's advice.

Returning to movement after breast cancer isn't about rushing back to where you were before. It's about rebuilding strength, restoring confidence and finding a way to move that supports you through recovery and beyond.

It can feel overwhelming knowing what is safe, what is helpful and how much is too much. My role is to help you navigate that process, providing personalised support and guidance so you can feel confident in your body again.

What other women say

“Lu is the best person you could choose for your personal training journey. I started working with her when I turned 40, nearly 5 years ago now, so I could feel fit and strong. Since then she's helped me through my breast cancer journey and I couldn't recommend her more if you're going through the same. She's incredibly attentive to your individual needs, designing sessions around your goals as well as your aches & pains. I always feel so much better after my hour with Lu, physically and mentally!”
